Policy Analysis

Evaluating how policies shape access, equity, and outcomes.

I evaluate how policies and programs affect access to services, population outcomes, and the distribution of benefits across communities. Using causal inference, econometrics, administrative data, and policy evaluation methods, I examine what changed, for whom, and under which institutional or implementation conditions. I translate these findings into actionable evidence that can help decision-makers strengthen existing policies, address unintended consequences, and identify opportunities for more effective and equitable investment.
